This Special Appeal is directed against the judgement and order dated 8 May 2018 by which a learned Judge of this Court has dismissed the writ petition filed by the appellant.
The writ petition was filed to assail the order dated 5 April 2018 that was passed by the District Basic Education Officer, Deoria granting permission to the Committee of Management of the Institution to fill up the certain posts.
It is apparent that there is dispute between the Committee of Management of the Institution and the petitioner claims to be the rival Committee of Management.
In this view of the matter when permission has been granted to the Committee of Management of the Institution to fill up the vacant posts, we see no good reason as to why the appellant should challenge the order passed by the District Basic Education Officer.
The learned Judge, therefore, committed no error in dismissing the writ petition.
The Special Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed.
