The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the Board to consider the claim of the petitioner for recognition of the college upto Intermediate Level in Science Group.
Learned Standing Counsel, who represents the respondents, states that the claim of the petitioner can be considered by the third respondent.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner, this petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to make a comprehensive representation before the third respondent (Secretary, Madhyamik Shiksha Paishad, Allahabad) annexing therewith all the relevant documents so as to demonstrate that a proper application in accordance with rules and notification seeking recognition has been submitted by the petitioner. If any such representation is filed along with certified copy of this order within 15 days from today, the third respondent shall take an appropriate decision after calling for necessary reports within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of such representation.
