Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Petitioner is before this Court with the request to direct the respondents, especially second respondent to consider the claim of petitioner for grant of permission to the petitioners for making selection and appointment on two posts of Assistant Clerks in the institution -Sri Gandhi Mahavidyalaya Malay Nagar, Malap, Ballia within stipulated time.
Learned counsel for the petitioner-Committee of Management through its Manager Nagendra Pandey has apprised to the Court that for redressal of his grievance, petitioner has already submitted application/representation before the Director of Education (Secondary) U.P. at Lucknow through District Inspector of Schools, Ballia on 09.02.2018 but the same is still pending consideration.
Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that in case any such claim of petitioner is still pending, the same shall be decided at the earliest by the authority concerned.
In view of the above, on consent, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of asking the Director of Education (Secondary) U.P. at Lucknow (second respondent) to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order, as early as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
