Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri A.C. Mishra, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel for the opposite party.
The applicant has preferred the present contempt application for non-compliance of the final judgment and order dated 20.11.2018 passed in Writ - A No. 24625 of 2018 (Committee Of Management Shree Krishna Inter College Balaini v. State of U.P. & 4 others).
Today when the matter is taken up, an affidavit of compliance has been filed by Sri A.C. Mishra, learned counsel for the opposite party. In paragraph 6 of the affidavit of compliance, it is stated that in pursuance of the order of the writ court, a decision has already been taken in the matter on 24.10.2021. Along with the affidavit of compliance, copy of the decision taken by the opposite party dated 24.10.2021 has also been appended as annexure - 1.
Learned counsel for the applicant does not dispute the aforesaid fact.
In this view of the matter, the Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required to be passed in the present Contempt Petition.
The contempt application is dismissed.
