Heard Shri V.K. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners Shri P.K. Pandey, Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State and Shri P.N. Saxena assisted by Shri A.K. Pandey appearing for the private respondent nos. 4 and 5.
The present writ petition has been filed with the following relief:
"(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 22.8.2017 passed by the District Inspector of School Ballia.
(ii) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent-authorities to clarify as to in which subject the posts have been sanctioned by the State Government while re determining the strength of the teachers of the institution in question.

The Committee of Management, Shaheed Mangal Pandey Inter College Nagwa Thru Its Manager And Another is before this Court assailing validity of the order dated 22.8.2017 passed by District Inspector of Schools Ballia wherein it has been held that action so taken by the Committee of Management against private respondents is null and void.
Shri V.K. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, states that petitioner Management is not pressing the first relief but so far as second relief is concerned he urges to the Court that adequate order may be passed so that the second grievance of the Committee of Management be redressed.
In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the said request has not been opposed by learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel as well as learned counsel for the respondents and as such a direction is issued to the competent authority that in case petitioners move a fresh representation within a week's time before the Director of Education (Secondary) Lucknow regarding their second grievance, it is open for the second respondent to pass an appropriate order expeditiously, in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
