Heard learned counsel for the applicants and Ms. Shambhavi Tiwari, learned counsel for the opposite party.
The applicants are before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order dated 25.11.2020 passed in Writ Petition No. 18649 of 2020 (Shri Ram Charan Singh Degree College And others Vs. State of U.P. and Others).
Today when the matter is taken up, Ms. Shambhavi Tiwari, learned counsel for the opposite party for the opposite party placed instructions dated 27.10.2021 received from the office of the opposite party, the same is taken on record and a copy of the same has also been provided to the counsel for the applicant. She is stated on the basis of the instructions that the order of the Writ Court has been fully complied with and no further cause of action would further survived and prays for dismissal of the present contempt application.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Since the order of the writ court has already been complied with, therefore, no further order is required.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed.
In case, the applicant is still aggrieved with the decision of the opposite party, he has a liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate forum.
