Petitioner committee of management has approached the District Inspector of Schools, Meerut, for grant of permission to fill up two posts of Class-IV employees, which are stated to have fallen vacant in 2017 and on 31.1.2018. It is stated that the claim of petitioner has not been examined and requisite permission has not been accorded so far.
Considering the facts and circumstances, brought on record, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach respondent no.3, alongwith certified copy of this order, within a period of one month from today, in respect of the grievance, noticed above, and in case such a claim is raised, the same shall be considered, within a further period of three months, thereafter.
