JUDGMENT / ORDER

For 12 years steps have not been taken in spite of order dated 11.03.1998 passed on the writ petition and order dated 02.05.1998 passed on application dated 29.04.1998. It appears that by efflux of time matter has become infructuous. However, learned counsel for the petitioner is not sure about it.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to file application for recall of this order within two months in case matter still survives.
If such an application is filed it need not be accompanied by any affidavit.
