JUDGMENT / ORDER

Rejoinder affidavit has been filed today on behalf of the petitioner in reply to the counter affidavit filed in the main Writ Petition. Learned Standing Counsel states that a supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 1,2,3,4 and 5 in the Registry on 7.1.2010.
The said affidavit is not on record.
Office is directed to trace the same and place it on record. On prayer made by Sri P.M.N. Singh, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri Amit Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the case is directed to be listed in the Additional Cause List on 21.1.2010 so as to enable him to file supplementary rejoinder affidavit.
