List after three weeks.
Till the next date of listing, the operation of the order of the Tribunal dated 2/3rd February, 2011 in appeal no. 25/11 S/s Sharad Sahu Vs. Commissioner of Commercial Tax, U.P., Lucknow shall remain stayed.
Meanwhile, if the opposite party deposits the security to the extent of amount of tax and furnishes the security in the form other than cash for the balance amount demanded as per seizure memo, the seized goods shall be released.
