JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) Revenue has filed this application seeking correction in our order dated 23rd November 2011 passed in Tax Appeal No.2404 of 2010. It is pointed out that in the said order, reference to Tax Appeal No.1301 of 2010 is a typographical error and the same should be Tax Appeal No.1391 of 2010. The application is allowed. Correction be carried out accordingly. MCA stands disposed of accordingly.
