We formulate the following substantial questions of law which arise in this appeal :-
"[A] Whether the Appellate Tribunal is right in law and on facts in deleting the addition of unaccounted investment in Plant & Machinery of Rs.17,46,110/- ?
[B] Whether the Appellate Tribunal is right in law and on facts in confirming the addition of unaccounted investment in construction of factory building of Rs.24 Lacs out of addition of Rs.47,76,300/- ?
[C] Whether the Appellate Tribunal is right in law and on facts in deleting the addition of unaccounted production of Rs.70,00,000/- ?"
