We formulate the following substantial question of law which arises in this appeal :-
"Whether the Appellate Tribunal has substantially erred in deleting the disallowance of Rs.81,82,775/- made by the Assessing Officer, on account of housekeeping charges to various business associates concerns treating the same as income from other sources ?"
