ADMIT.
We formulate the following substantial question of law which arises in this appeal :-
"Whether the Appellate Tribunal has substantially erred in deleting the addition of Rs.6,09,97,186/- made by the Assessing Officer, on account of gain on foreign exchange fluctuation, without properly appreciating the facts of the income received from the contracts received by the assessee with the third party contractors and the same are not from business activity of the assessee ?"
Issue notice to the other side. Paper book be filed within 3 months.
