We formulate the following substantial questions of law which arises in this appeal :-

"Whether on the facts and in the circumstances of the case and in law, the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal ought to have upheld the order of CIT(A), Surat and confirmed addition of Rs.2,82,66,387/- made on account of cessation of liability u/s. 41(1) of the Income-tax Act, 1961 ?"

Issue notice to the other side. Paper book be filed within 3 months.
