ADMIT.
We formulate the following substantial question of law which arises in this appeal as under :-
"Whether on the facts and in the circumstances of the case, the Tribunal was right in law in deleting addition made on account of deemed dividend under Section 2 (22) (e) of the Act on advance / deposits / loans received by the assessee Company without appreciating the deeming provisions under Section 2 (22) (e) of the Act ?"
