We frame following question of law:-

a) Whether the Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), West Zonal Bench, Ahmedabad, while passing Order No.A/1521/WZB/AHD/2011 dated 19.8.2011, is justified in reducing the penalty from of Rs.11,05,439/- to Rs.5,000/- imposed under rule 25 of the Central Excise Rules, 2002 for violation of Rule 8(A) of the CER, 2002 ?
