SAHAI) Learned counsel for the respondent prays for and is allowed time to file a copy of the application which is submitted before the Assistant Commissioner for permission to clear the goods, as according to him, quality control report dated 28.8.2001 was not correct and goods were not cleared and permission granted by the Deputy Collector, both these documents shall be produced, because prima facie, in absence of these documents, it appears that there was a misstatement on behalf of the respondent. The aforesaid documents shall be filed within a week. List this matter on 20.8.2012.
