Cause shown is sufficient; delay is condoned. This is a lis between the two Government bodies. In view of the decision of the Apex Court in the case of Chief Conservator Forest Vs. Government of Andhra Pradesh reported in 2003 (5) JT page 216 and in O.N.G.C. Vs. City Development Corporation reported in 2007(9) Judgment Today, 382 this matter is referred to a committee, which is to be formed as per the above decisions. The committee shall form and adjudicate the dispute in accordance with the law as laid down in the above decisions.
