JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Heard Sri B.K. Pandey, learned Standing Counsel for the applicant.
2. This revision has been filed under Section 11(1) of the U.P. Trade Tax Act, 1948 beyond 36 days of limitation along with a delay condoanation application and affidavit.
3. Issue notice to the respondent at an early date.
4. Steps be taken within a week by speed/registered post.
5. Respondent may file counter affidavit to the delay condonation application within three weeks. Applicant shall have one week thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.
6. List after expiry of six weeks.
