JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned Standing Counsel has placed reliance on the decision of the Apex Court in the case of K. Raheja Development Corporation Vs. State of Karnataka, reported in 2005 (5) SCC-162.
In the case of Larsen & Toubro Limited and another Vs. State of Karnataka and another, reported in 2008 NTN (Vol.38)-137, the another Bench of the Apex Court has referred to the matter to larger Bench. The decision of the larger Bench is still awaited.
List this matter after six months.
