2. This writ petition is filed complaining that the respondent police are not taking appropriate steps to protect the plot of the petitioner bearing No.F/4492/95 in Survey No.102/1 covered by H.No.8-2- 293/82/F/BSN/E/183, situated at Film Nagar, Bhagatsing Colony, Jublee Hills, Hyderabad.
3. When the writ petition was heard initially on 18.07.2014, while issuing notice on admission, respondent Nos.2 and 3 were directed to look into the petitioner’s grievance and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
4. Learned Government Pleader has received instructions, wherein it is stated that as per the directions of this court, the Station House Officer, Banjara Hills and the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Banjara Hills, have taken appropriate steps and posted the picket with the sufficient strength and no untoward incident took place.
5. In view of that, since the police have already taken appropriate steps, no further orders are necessary.
Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
