2. The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that in spite of his complaint, dated 21.10.2014, which discloses commission of a cognizable offence, respondent-police, particularly, respondent No.3, is not taking any action on the basis of said complaint.
3. Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that crime No.267 of 2014 is already registered with respect to the said complaint of the petitioner on 15.12.2014 and investigation is taken up.
4. In view of that, no further orders are called for except directing respondent No.3 to complete the investigation and file appropriate charge sheet/final report before the jurisdictional court expeditiously.
With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
