1. We have heard Mr. Sudhir Mehta, learned counsel appearing for the appellant.
2. Admit. We formulate the substantial questions of law as under:
1. Whether the Appellate Tribunal is right in law and on facts in upholding the order of the CIT(A) in deleting the disallowance of Rs. 9,28,475/- out of bus rent and Rs. 4,00,000/- out of building rent ?
2. Whether the Appellate Tribunal is right in law and on facts in allowing the assessee's claim of depreciation of Rs. 22,84,246/- ?
