Whether the Appellate Tribunal is right in law and on facts in deleting the addition of Rs. 25 lacs made during the course of assessment proceeding under section 153A read with section 143(3) of the Act for the A.Y.2001-02 ?

3. Issue notice to the respondent. Paper book be filed within three months.
