JUDGMENT: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice L. Narasimha Reddy)
This appeal is preferred against the order passed in ITA No. 829/H/93 by Hyderbad Bench ‘B’ of the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal. The said appeal in turn arose out of an order of penalty passed by the Income Tax Officer under Section 271 (1) (c) of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
Learned Senior Counsel for the appellant in all fairness submits that this appeal is part of a batch of 16 similar appeals and this Court dismissed substantial number of appeals in

Following the same, the appeal is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
