(C.M. Application No. 33182 of 2012 and 33184/12) Heard.
Cause shown seems to be sufficient. The application is allowed and the order dated 28.2.2012 is recalled and the appeal is restored to its original number subject to payment of cost of Rs.500/- which shall be deposited in this court for being transmitted to the Oudh Bar Association for its library. Subject to deposit of cost, the appeal be listed before appropriate regular bench in July 2012.
