Counsel for both the parties submits that all the three substantial questions of law arising in this appeal are covered by question Nos. 4, 3 and 2 as answered vide judgment and order dated 18.09.2017 passed in Income Tax Appeal No. 211 of 2011 (The Commissioner of Income Tax and another Vs. The Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd.) In view of the above, the appeal stands disposed of and all the three questions stand answered as per the judgment and order referred to above.
