This appeal is preferred against the order, dated 18-10-2000, passed by the Hyderabad Bench ‘B’ of the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal in ITA No.593/Hyd/95.
Learned Standing Counsel for the Revenue submits that the tax impact in this appeal is less than the amount stipulated by the Central Board of Direct Taxes in its circular issued under Section 268A of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
Hence, the appeal is dismissed as not pressed. There shall be no order as to costs.
