"Whether on the facts and circumstances of the case, the Hon'ble Tribunal was justified to allow exemption u/s.11 and 12 even after giving a finding that provisions of section 13 are hit denying such exemption and asking the assessee to charge interest at this stage of the case ?

Issue notice to the respondent. Paper Book be submitted within three months.
