This appeal is filed against the order, dated 08-04-2003, passed by the Visakhapatnam Bench of the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal in ITA No.929/H/1997.
It is represented by the learned Senior Standing Counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the respondent that the department filed ITTA No. 287 of 2003 in relation to ITA No.921/H/97 which was disposed of along with ITA No.929/H/1997 challenged in this appeal.
Today itself, we dismissed ITTA No.287 of 2003. Following the same, we dismiss this appeal also. There shall be no order as to costs.
