Prasad, learned counsel for the appellant – Revenue, and gone through the impugned judgment and order of the learned Tribunal.
It appears that the learned Tribunal has decided all the points which are sought to be agitated before us, relying on earlier decisions of Bangalore and Hyderabad Benches of the Tribunal and we do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned judgment.
Therefore, this appeal is dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.
