The present appeal is admitted on the following substantial question of law :-

Whether, under the facts and circumstances of the case, Judgment and order passed by the Tribunal is substantially illegal in directing to make two separate assessments for two accounting periods of the relevant previous year, as against a single assessment made on the ground that there was change in constitution of the assessee firm within the meaning of section 187 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 ?
