1.Learned counsel for the Revenue fairly states that the question of law raised in the appeal is covered against the Revenue, in view of RAJIV SHAKDHER,J.
And ANITA SUMANTH,J.
pri the judgment of the Supreme Court rendered in Commissioner of Income Tax Vs.Veena Developers ((2015) 277 CTR 0297 (SC)).
2.In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
