This is an application for exemption from filing certified copy of the order of Tribunal dated 26.05.2006 on the ground that certified copy of the order has already been filed in I.T.A. No. 245 of 2007.
Certified copy of the order having already been filed in I.T.A. No. 245 of 2007, filing of the certified copy of this order in this appeal is dispensed with.
The application is allowed.
