"1. Whether the Appellate Tribunal is right in law and on facts in deleting the addition of Rs.58,73,469/- made on account of unexplained investment in the purchase of raw materials?
2. Whether the Appellate Tribunal is right in law and on facts in deleting the addition of Rs.69,50,182/- made on account of inflated/bogus purchase of raw materials?"
