By the impugned order, the Tribunal has decided four appeals of Sri Suresh Chand Agarwal, Sri Triloki Nath Agarwal, Smt. Vimla Devi and Sri Naveen Kumar Agarwal. Against the order of the Tribunal, four appeals have been filed in this Court. Income Tax Appeal No.385 of 2006, Commissioner of Income Tax, Agra Vs. Suresh Chand Agarwal has been dismissed by this Court on 06.11.2009.

Learned counsel for both the parties agree that similar question is involved in the present appeal also.

In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed in limine.
