JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Heard Sri B.K. Pandey, learned Standing Counsel for the applicant.
2. Issue notice to the respondent returnable at an early date.
3. Steps be taken within a week by speed /registered post.
4. Learned counsel for the respondent may file counter affidavit within three weeks to the delay condonation application. Petitioner shall have two weeks thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.
5. List after expiry of 6 weeks.
