"(i) Whether on the facts and in the circumstances of the case Trade Tax Tribunal was legally justified in deleting the amount of trade tax levied on the purchase of menthe oil in view of the Notification No. 289 dated 12.2.99 ?" Issue notice to the respondent returnable at an early date. Steps be taken within a week by speed/ registered post. List after expiry of three weeks.
