JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Mr.A.P.Srinivas, learned Senior Standing Counsel for the Revenue, says he has instructions to withdraw the appeal on the ground that the duty payable, if any, is below the prescribed monetary limit.
2. The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. Resultantly, pending application shall stand closed. No costs.
