We find that M/s. Vidhya Polytex P. Ltd. had returned the goods by Challan No. 133 on 04.06.1997, which goods have been seized and duty was imposed by the competent authority. In order to test whether the transaction was genuine or not, we direct the assessee to produce evidence showing the first sale made by them to Vidya Polytex P. Ltd.
