JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Prakash Krishna,J.
There is delay in filing the appeal. Although, an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act has been filed which is supported by affidavit but no proper explanation has been given therein. The delay in filing the appeal being beyond one year, it was expected that proper explanation ought to have been given.
Sri B.K. Singh Raghuvanshi, learned counsel for the appellant prays for time to file supplementary affidavit explaining the delay.
Three weeks' time is allowed to the learned counsel for the appellant to file supplementary affidavit.
List after three weeks.
