Learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the issue raised in this appeal is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court reported in Commissioner of Central Excise III – Vs – Visteon Automotive Systems India Pvt. Ltd. (2017-TIOL-(57)-HC-MAD-CX) and, therefore, submits that this appeal also has to be dismissed. Recording the said statement, this appeal is dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
