JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr. Santhanagopalan, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent.
2. Learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the issue raised in this appeal is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court reported in Commissioner of Central Excise III – Vs – Visteon Automotive Systems India Pvt. Ltd. (2017-TIOL-(57)-HC-MAD-CX) and, therefore, submits that this appeal also has to be dismissed. Recording the said statement, this appeal is dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
