"In view of the fact that Notification No. 6/2002-CE[NT], dated March 1, 2002 relating to deemed credit was valid only upto March 31, 2003, whether the Tribunal below committed substantial error of law in overlooking the fact that in this case, grey fabrics has been claimed to have been received in the month of June/July, 2003 and clearances have also been claimed to have been made in the month of June/July, 2003."
