JUDGMENT A joint memo dated 07.03.2019 is filed before this Court on 29.06.2019 by the parties to these proceedings. The joint memo is signed by the appellants and respondent No.2 as well as their respective counsel.
2. In terms of the joint memo, respondents submit that they are not interested in contesting the Writ Appeals filed by the BDA. They further submit that they are ready to accept the compensation in the ratio of 40:60 scheme formulated by BDA for grant of compensation of sites.
3. The learned counsel for respondent No.2 has filed another memo today seeking permission to withdraw the Writ Petition filed by respondent No.2.
4. Accordingly, the parties to these proceedings pray that the Writ Appeals may be disposed of in terms of the joint memo and memo for withdrawal.
5. The joint memo filed by the parties and the memo filed by learned counsel for respondent No.2 are taken on record.
6. In view of the joint memo and the memo for withdrawal of the Writ Petition filed by the parties, these Writ Appeals are disposed of in terms of joint memo and the Writ Petitions also stand withdrawn by respondent No.2.
The order of the learned Single Judge to that extent stands modified.
