THESE WRIT APPEALS COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, DEVDAS J., DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING:
J U D G M E N T Respondents No.2 and 3 have filed a memo dated 02nd August, 2019 stating that they were the writ petitioners and they have given up their right before the Bangalore Development Authority and requested the Authority to extend the benefit of allotment of developed sites at the ratio of 40:60, as available under the scheme related to Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Layout, in lieu of the compensation. It is submitted that the appellant- Bangalore Development Authority had acceded to the request and allotted the sites, and as such respondents No.2 and 3 who are the original writ petitioners have given up their rights accordingly.
2. In view of the memo dated 02nd August, 2019, the writ petitions filed by the respondents No.2 and 3 in Writ Petitions No.53871-53872 of 2014 stand dismissed as withdrawn insofar as it relates to Survey No.92/2 and 93/2 of Ramasandra Village, Kengeri Hobli, Bangalore (South) Taluk.
Writ Appeals are accordingly disposed of.
