ORDER:
The learned Government Pleader for Agriculture submitted that a batch of connected matters are pending in Writ Petition No.22204 of 1999 and batch before a Full Bench of this Court and that this case may also be referred to the Full Bench.
Where the case had already been posted for dismissal, I decline to accept the contention of the learned Government Pleader.
This Writ Petition, consequently, is dismissed. If the case is connected with the batch of writ petitions before the Full Bench, it is left open for the Government to take appropriate steps. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed. No costs.
