Sri Piyush Agrawal, Advocate, field Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent. The same may be placed on record.
Admit. Issue notice.
Learned Standing Counsel submitted that the respondent is unregistered dealer therefore the demand of security at 2% is insufficient. He suggested that at least three times of tax should be demanded as security for release of the goods.
In view of the above, let the goods be released on deposit of 1% of the value of the goods and furnishing bank guarantee of 2% of the value of the goods.
