Learned AGP submitted that an AGP through the office of learned Government Pleader would be appearing for all the respondents. However, as on today, the papers are not available or not made available to learned AGP from the office of learned Government Pleader. Therefore, the papers appear to have been misplaced in the office of learned Government Pleader, in which case she would be required to take out necessary copies from the file of the Court. The office is directed to permit supply of copies of the Court's file to learned AGP. The matter may be listed for regular final hearing after ten days.
