(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) Though tax appeal carries number of year 2011, same was presented way back in the year 2003. It remained under various objections and defaults. After more than eight years, it has been placed for first hearing of admission. We notice that the amount involved is quite small. Further the issue is also nonrecurring. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain this Tax Appeal in the year 2012 which is directed against the decision of the Tribunal rendered on 8.7.2003 and remained dormant for various reasons. Tax Appeal is therefore, dismissed.
